The six attitudes of High Achievers

1. Make no small plans

The reason why we should not make small plans is because that way we have more space to make big plans. I also think that maybe small plans could be a waste of time. Why make small plans when you can think big? It is much better to think outside the box rather than the inside. In a way it helps making choices easier. When you make bigger plans it is a chance to become successful. Someone who makes no or little plans is most likely to not go very far. Oh and it helps us determine our future. I actually already apply to this attitude. Everyday I think about how I want to be someone important in life. I plan on meeting and working with all the people that have inspired me to become who I am today. I never stop planning on how I am going to marry my favorite singer some day. Obama made no small plans because he legalized gay marriage in all 50 states.

2. Do what they fear

I think do what they fear means that most things that people are afraid to do are what you should be doing. To prove that you are not afraid and that you can do things better.

3. Are willing to prepare

This means that you have to be prepared for things if you want to do them. You have to have an idea of what you want to do in order to do it right when you're ready to do it. Preparing is always the best thing to do in any case. I know that for my future I want to be a filmmaker and in some ways i have prepared. I have always created videos with my cousins whether they were funny, scary, or us lip singing to songs and I direct them so I think I'm a step ahead.

5. Are teachable

I think it's very important to be teachable in so many ways. For one, it's important to be teachable school-wise. You have to be able to comprehend and be capable of understanding, it also makes a teacher's job much easier. The other way that is important to be teachable is just life in general. I am actually willing to try new things that I have never tried and be actually good at those things.

6. Have Heart

I think having heart means so many things. For one, it's being sensitive to others. If a friend is talking to you about a problem or a story, having a heart would mean that you would listen attentively to what they're saying and you'd be comforting and giving feedback. Another example of having heart would be having sympathy when someone is in need, everybody wants to hang around someone sympathetic.

Reflection: Through out the time I've talked about the six attitudes of high achievers I have reflected a lot about my self. I have never made no small plans and have always motivated myself in never doing so especially when I like boys I always have my hopes up and think something will happen so I should work on lowering my expectations. Something I don't do is do what everyone fears so I should work on that. I am always willing to prepare so I don't need help on that. And I am definitely teachable and open to trying new things.
I know that I also have heart, always have and it will continue to be that way.
