Reflection: This quote means to not just be more successful than others but to be more successful than ourselves. It means to improve our actions. If we were good yesterday, today we are going to be better.

Allopathic physician (M.D.)

·       Duties and responsibilities: examine patients that obtain medical and interpret diagnostic test also prescribe and administer treatment for people that are suffering an injury or a disease. They also prevent healthcare such as diet/fitness.

·       Salary:$93,000

·       Education: Most require 4 years of study including emphasis or basic science, clinical, and social science.

Reflection: I would not like to be one because you have to deal with people that have diseases and I get easily grossed out.

Reflection: I think what this means is that it doesn't matter how rich a person is, because true wealth as in character only matters and that depends on the kind of person you are or else the amount of money you have doesn't matter.

Allergies/ Immunologist

Duties and Responsibilities:

An allergist/immunologist is a physician certified in either internal medicine or pediatrics, who has completed an additional two years of training in allergy and immunology at an accredited* training program and passed the examination given by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology (ABAI).

Salary:

Education:

To become an allergist / immunologist, a physician must first complete a residency in pediatrics, internal medicine or combined med-peds. Applications for allergy / immunology fellowship are processed through ERAS and training programs participate in the NRMP. A/I fellowship involves successful completion of 24 months of an educational program that includes training in both children and adults.

Reflection: I would not like to be one because it looks like too much work to become one.

This is important because money does not represent who we are as humans. Money represents how wealthy we are when it comes to economy and all that stuff. It is we who represent ourselves as humans. It's all about our behavior and our attitude.

ACUPUNCTURE

Duties and Responsibilities:

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical art practiced for more than 5,000 years. It involves inserting fine needles at points on the body's surface to influence physiological functions. Acupuncture practitioners treat a wide range of physical and psychological conditions and provide support for patients with chronic diseases.

Salary: An Acupuncturist can get wages between $56,000 and $84,000 based on tenure and industry expertise. Acupuncturists can receive wages of Seventy Seven Thousand Three Hundred dollars each year.

Education: Most licensed acupuncturists hold master's degrees or post-baccalaureate certificates from schools accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Graduates must pass the certification exam offered by NCCAOM and fulfill any additional state licensing requirements. 

Reflection: I would not like to be one because just by looking at it i feel pain. Now just imagine if i had to do it another person. I would not like to cause pain to others. It's like causing pain to myself. And i am usually okay with hurting people but only if they cause me emotional/physical pain. If not, then you and i are okay :)

This quote means that if you do something wrong there is no way you are gonna feel right about what you did. Guilt has to be there. For example, if you steal something from someone who really needed it you can' feel like it was correct. You obviously must have felt bad. But this quote reflects more on worse actions like: killing. That is definitely something wrong that if you do it there is no way you could ever feel right about it because how could you live with yourself? It is impossible to feel like it was correct.

Acupressure

Duties and responsibilities: Acupressure practitioners use their fingers, palms, feet, or other special devises to apply on their patients body. During this acupressure the practitioners goals are to restore the patients’ health and balance to maintain the bodies energy levels stable as appose to the yin yang.

Salary:             

$47,813 per year

Education: Practitioners must go through training topics such as anatomy, business, ethics, reflexology, shiatsu, aromatherapy and acupressure body work.

Reflection:

 I would not like to be one because you have to touch other people and use your hands and that really isn't my thing.
