Final Part 2

A. What I liked about this class the most was Mr. Haymore. Everything that comes out of his mouth is always so inspiring. I enjoyed hearing him talk about life and our goals.

B. I don't think we need any improvements for this class I like everything we do already. Well I actually I would enjoy this class better if we could listen to other music instead of classical because it gets boring.

C. I did absolutely my best in this class.

D. I am definitely reading my 100+ goals Daily for at least two minutes. I read them every day after i take a shower.

E. I am committed to being a CTR Person. I feel that everything I do is right and I always choose the right and never the wrong.

F. I will promise to take responsibility for my Body-Mind-Spirit by forgetting all the horrible things that have recently happened to me so I can keep my spirit healthy.

             Interdisciplinary Unit Experience

I didn't enjoy this project at all. I didn't like the fact that we couldn't choose the people we wanted to have in our group and that they had to choose for us. I didn't like that we had to go and buy formal clothing because why should we waste our money on something we are only gonna use once? We can waste that money on something better like King Taco ♥  I didn't like that there was this one
person in our group that had to criticize every

single thing I did. I only liked that my part of the

project was easy because I was the conclusion. I

didn't like that we had to rehearse in front of the

whole class. I think what i hated most was our

argument because I disagreed completely.

Our topic was hepatitis and the argument was

education classes should not be taught at an early

age which Is not true in my opinion. But it had to

be what the group wanted and I just felt so

uncomfortable arguing for something I was

against for. I did feel super nervous the day of the

presentation because I had that sick feeling in my

stomach and I felt the urge to go to the restroom.

As my group members were presenting my heart

was pounding because I was gonna be next and I

didn't want to but when it was my turn I felt no

nerves at all and I spoke calmly. I still didn't like

this project and I hope we don't have to do it again

"When I do good, I feel good.
When I do bad, I feel bad."

Abraham Lincoln

When you do something good like help a friend accomplish something or get a good score on a test you feel good. When you do something bad like kiss your best friend's crush knowing how she feels about him, you SHOULD feel bad. When you kill an animal by running it over with the car you must feel bad.

"Take responsibility for your own body, mind, and  spirit, for your own physical, mental, and spiritual                                well-being."
                                             ~Mr. Haymore

Taking responsibility for your body would be exercising 30 minutes a day and eating right. Taking responsibility for your mind would be reading and writing more often. Taking responsibility for your spiritual well-being would be hanging around cheerful people and surrounding yourself around things that make you happy.

"We need the courage to start and continue what     we should do, and the courage to stop what we                                  shouldn't do."

                              Richard L. Evans

I think this means that if you start something and had the courage enough to start it you should also have the same courage to stop it. For example like if there is a kid that is sexually harassing someone else, since he had the courage to bug a girl then he should have the courage to stop it because it clearly isn't the right thing to do.

                              Summary

If I were Patrick I would have listened to my parents and worn my shoes. Flip-Flops and shoes are obviously different from one another. Actually i wouldn't even have went out for a walk If I knew there were scorpions lingering around. That just sounds so painful and even more after he said he felt like he was gonna die. That is why we should always do what is right and listen. You don't necessarily have to get stung by a scorpion or other venomous creatures. It could be anything and if you make one wrong move it will cause you pain, for any life situation.

                        "Always do right."

                               Mark Twain

I think this means that you should always do right as much as you talk, eat, and breathe. Even if everyone is against the right choice you do it anyway. I don't care if your friends tell you to do something other than the right thing. You are supposed to do only what is right.

"When you tell one lie, it leads to Another"
                                 Paul Hatch

Always speak the truth

I believe this is true because I have been in this situation myself and I've also known when my friends lie and it leads them to bigger lies. Like when my friend said he was gong to do voice acting for pixar it lead him to more lies and now he has everyone thinking something that isn't real.

                         The 3 Questions

1. Can people trust me to do what's right?
Yes.
2. Am I committed to doing my very best?
Yes. Always.
3. Do I treat people the way I want to be treated?
Yes.

"If the answer to these questions are YES, there is no way you can fail."

                                                                       Lou Holtz

People can totally trust me to do what's right and never to do what is wrong. I am always committed to doing my very best. I always try the hardest i can even when I'm on the edge of giving up. I absolutely always treat people the way I wanna be treated. That is why I always constantly smile at people even when they are mean to me. Even if someone is being completely gross to me I still treat them with respect. I wish everyone would treat each other this way because then the world would be a better place.

Physical Fitness
"Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong."

President John F. Kennedy

I think this means that in order for us to do great and succeed , we need to have physical fitness. The physical fitness makes our body healthy and strong and that is what helps us better our capacity and think with a better mind.
