The date for memorial day this year is May 30, 2016. This is an American holiday to honor the men and women that died while serving the U.S. military. Some ways to celebrate memorial day is by attending parades, decorating with flags, buying a poppy, participate in the national moment of remembering, and lastly to thank a veteran.
